The firm’s fees are fixed and invoiced according to the provisions of the rules of procedure of the Paris Bar.

Fees are generally calculated on the basis of an hourly rate which varies according to the complexity of the file and the experience of the lawyers who work on the file.

Fees are established in agreement with the client and are subject to a written agreement specifying the hourly rate of each legal practitioner.

In some cases, the due diligence fee may be supplemented by a success fee. A flat fee may also be proposed, particularly for artists and artist committees.
