Judith Bouchardeau
Judith Bouchardeau is a lawyer, partner at Borghese Associés since 2017.
With a postgraduate diploma in European Business Law from the Paris V Descartes University and a Certificate of English Law after a Master at University College London, she began her career at Campbell, Philippart, Laigo & Associates, a law firm specializing in Franco-British business law. She joined Borghese Associés in 2012 and works as a civil litigator in the field of business law and art law, with particular expertise in litigation relating to sales cancellations, forgery and counterfeiting.
She is a regular speaker at conferences and training events. She is a board member of the UIA Art Law Commission and co-chairs the ACE Art Law Commission.
