Elisa Brunel joined Borgese Associés in 2025.
She is a Paris based lawyer and holds a Master’s degree in French and German Business law at Paris Nanterre University, as well as an LL.M in Intellectual Property from the University of Potsdam in Germany.
Elisa primarily provides legal advice and litigation services to French and international clients in the field of art law.
During her studies, Elisa wrote a master’s thesis on the liability of hosting service providers for illegal content shared on their platforms, as well as an LL.M. thesis on the transposition of the European Copyright Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/790) into German law.
Educated at the Haute École des Avocats Conseils (HEDAC), Elisa has gained valuable initial experience at a law firm specialised in intellectual property, as well as at an industrial property consulting firm.
