Anne-Sophie Nardon is the co-founder of Borghese Associés, a law firm specializing in art law. With over 30 years of experience, she is recognized for her expertise in advising international auction houses, artists’ estates, and galleries on issues like ownership disputes, provenance, and art sale contracts. A registered mediator with the National Centre for Lawyers’ Mediation (CNMA), Anne-Sophie is known for her strategic problem-solving and deep knowledge of the French art market.

Anne-Sophie has secured the restitution of stolen artworks worth millions and contributed to high-profile agreements, including cultural patronage collaborations. She collaborated in the EU report on combating illicit trafficking of cultural property and helps clients navigate intellectual property law and the French art market.

Anne-Sophie holds advanced law degrees from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Paris X Nanterre.
